  • Author Guidelines

    • Language:
      All abstract and full paper submissions must be written in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring clarity, grammatical accuracy, and technical quality of their submissions.

    • Author Information:
      Complete details of all contributing authors — including full names, affiliations, and contact information — must be provided during the initial abstract submission. Please note that no new authors can be added after the abstract submission deadline.

    • Keywords:
      A maximum of five (5) keywords should be provided to best describe the content and focus of the research. These should be entered in the "Keyword" section of the submission form.

    • Theme Selection:
      Authors must select the most appropriate conference theme or track during the submission process to ensure proper categorization and review of their work.


    Submission Guidelines

    All submissions must be made through Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Submissions via email, fax, or any other method will not be accepted. First-time users must create a new Microsoft CMT account.

    1. Abstract Submission

    • Deadline for Abstract Submission: September 15, 2025
    • Abstracts should be limited to 300 words (2000 characters) and must be entered in the "Abstract Text" section of the submission form on Microsoft CMT.
    • Authors must also provide up to five keywords and complete author information at this stage.
    • Authors should carefully select the most relevant conference theme for their abstract.
    • Abstracts will be reviewed, and notifications of acceptance will be communicated to the corresponding authors.

    2. Full Paper Submission

    • Deadline for Full Paper Submission: January 15, 2026       February 15, 2026
    • Eligibility: Only authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers.
    • Template: The full paper must be prepared according to the conference template.

    • Full papers must be submitted via the same Microsoft CMT account used for the abstract submission.

    Guidelines for Full Paper Submission via Conference Management Tool (CMT)

    1. Login to the Conference Management Tool (CMT) via the same CMT account used for the abstract submission.
    2. Select your submission and click on “Edit Submission”
    3. Under the “FILES” section, upload the full paper (prepared according to the conference template) in both Word and PDF formats.
    4. Click on “Save Changes.”

    3. Peer Review and Camera-Ready Paper Submission

    • Deadline for Camera-Ready Paper Submission: June 15, 2026
    • Full papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by subject experts.
    • Authors will receive detailed feedback from both editors and reviewers. Revised, camera-ready versions of the papers must address all reviewers' and editors’ comments.
